A relaxed afternoon of New Orleans-style blue jazz and R&B
This trio of songwriter-musicians, named after the striking features on Wellington's rugged southern coastline, have evolved their own sound through the influences of Kansas and New Orleans-style blue jazz, the swinging Rhythm & Blues of Louis Jordan and Ray Charles, and infused with Pacific/Hawaiian rhythms and Latino feels.
Their songs take a wry view of life with a distinctive Wellington flavour.
